Job Description

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will design and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that blend organic and paid marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. You’ll harness your expertise in multi-channel campaigns, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, optimize performance, and drive measurable ROI. Utilizing AI-powered tools and marketing platforms, you’ll craft targeted campaigns that resonate with our B2B audience and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Strategy and Campaign Execution and Optimization

  • Design and implement a holistic demand generation strategy that integrates paid advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that align with Feroot’s business objectives and target key accounts in the cybersecurity, GRC, and compliance sectors.
  • Manage a $50K/month paid media budget, with opportunities to scale based on performance and business needs.
  • Create and launch targeted campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, X, Google Ads, and email marketing tools, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
  • Implement lead scoring systems and nurturing programs to prioritize high-potential prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize AI and Gen-AI tools (e.g., Clay, OpenAI) to enhance campaign personalization and outreach efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales teams to align demand generation efforts with pipeline goals and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design teams to produce high-quality, audience-focused content, including whitepapers, blog posts, videos, and infographics.
  • Work with digital marketing to optimize landing pages, CTAs, and SEO for maximum campaign impact.
  • Collaborate with field marketing to ensure in-person opportunities translate to pipeline generation.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
  • Prepare detailed reports on key metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI, to inform future strategies.
  • Understand and compile roll-up metrics that measure the health of marketing spend compared to the overall business, including LTV:CAC and cost to acquire a customer
  • Conduct A/B testing and leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance.

Market Research and Strategy Adaptation

  • Conduct market and customer research to identify emerging trends, competitive challenges, and new opportunities in the cybersecurity and SaaS markets.
  • Adapt strategies based on market feedback, user behavior, and evolving industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Experience/Skills:

We’re looking for a results-driven, tech-savvy professional with a passion for demand generation and a strong understanding of B2B marketing processes, who is:

  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns with measurable pipeline impact.
  • 5+ years of experience (or 3 years of experience backed by stellar results) in demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing roles, preferably in B2B tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, including CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, SFDC), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling, audience-focused content.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for brand growth.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and managing budgets effectively.
  • Ability to work from our downtown Toronto office full-time and travel internationally (U.S., Europe, APAC) if required for events or campaigns.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during peak campaign periods.

  • Relationships with influencers, media, or event organizers in the cybersecurity space.
